True Brit! talks to music legend Philip Rambow!

On this week’s True Brit! our host Simon Husbands will chat to music legend, PHILIP RAMBOW! Philip was part of the music scene in the UK from the mid 70’s onwards, seeing action as part of legendary producer BRIAN ENO’s live backing band THE WINKIES ( on Eno’s one and only live tour! ) as well as being a part of the pub rock, glam and post punk scenes! He had a solo career on both sides of the Atlantic ( Philip is from Canada ) before becoming part of the music industry as an A&R guy – and as he continued his songwriting, he was the co-writer of the Kirsty MacColl smash hit “There’s A Guy Works Down The Chip Shop Swears He’s Elvis”. So join Philip and Simon on Friday night, and discover what Simon asked that made Philip scratch his head in amazement! Friday night at midnight – 90.3 FM Minneapolis or streaming live and in the archives at KFAI.org.
