“Big Data” is title given to the growing effort to use vast amounts of information to improve productivity and innovation in businesses and government. And raw data is also being sorted and used in the fight against hunger.
The organization Hunger-Free Minnesota is touting a plan called the “Community Close-Up”. This initiative is designed to help other nonprofits do a better job of serving people who are missing meals all around Minnesota.
