KFAI Board of Directors

The Board is tasked with envisioning the future of KFAI while working closely with the General Manager to see that vision is realized. It has a major role in fundraising. It approves budgets and develops governance policies. It works to ensure that KFAI is inclusive, relevant, and financially secure. Our current environment challenges the future of nonprofit radio stations like KFAI. This is a working Board, and it will need to work throughout the coming year if this station is to adapt, survive, and thrive.  A Board term is a two-year commitment. It will begin in January 2022 and run through December 2023. We are especially interested in motivated individuals with experience in fundraising, grant writing, finance, marketing, and technology. We want to strive for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in our applicant pool as well. You can find the ballot here. KFAI Content Advisory Committee

Content Advisory Committee (CAC) members advise the KFAI staff in making programming-related decisions. Three volunteer- and donor-members are elected each year to serve on the committee, along with several staff members and a Board representative.  Elected members will serve a one year term starting in January 2022.
