We speak with Sierra DeMulder about her poetry collection, Today Means Amen. She is an internationally touring performance poet and educator, a two-time National Poetry Slam champion, and the author of two previous poetry collections, The Bones Below and New Shoes on a Dead Horse. She is also the recipient of a 2014 McKnight Fellowship.

We speak with Barry Eisler about his new novel The God's Eye View. He is the author of many essays and novels, including the John Rain series and the Ben Treven series, and they include the bestseller, The Detachment. He spent three years working in a covert position with the CIA and he now works with Human Rights First against torture.

We speak with Kristopher Jansma about his new novel Why We Came to the City. He is the author of The Unchangeable Spots of Leopards, which received an honorable mention for a PEN/Hemingway award. And he won the Sherwood Anderson Award for fiction.
