We speak with award-winning author William Alexander about his newest effort, Ghoulish Song, a parallel novel to Goblin Secrets, which won the National Book Award last year.

We also speak with Jan Surasky about Rage Against the Dying Light, a novel of Celtic Queen Boudicca, which won the Eric Hoffer Award for fiction.

We speak with Sam Savage about his new book, The Way of the Dog. He is the author of several novels but is probably best known as the author of Firmin: Adventures of a Metropolitan Lowlife, about a bookstore rat, which has been translated into a dozen languages.

We also speak with Connie Claire Szarke about her new novel A Stone for Amer. She is also the author of Delicate Armor, which was a finalist for a Midwest Book Award.
