Please read this Agreement carefully before using the KFAI MP3 Player (the "Giving System"). This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

The audio amalgam of blues, rhythm & blues, and soul with Brother Tad and Miss Sara: three hours of the good stuff!

Believe it or not, the season of Mardi Gras is upon us and today we celebrate it in a big way. We'll listen to music from New Orleans, Lake Charles, Shreveport, Crowley and other Louisiana bastions of groove. And, we'll celebrate Allen Toussaint's 72nd birthday. During the 7 o'clock hour, we'll pause to remember the remarkable legacy of Teddy Pendergrass who left us yesterday at the age of 59.

Snow falling, wind chill factors - no big deal as things are cooking in the Rockhouse. Today we celebrate Elvis' 75th birthday. We also mark the passing of Willie Mitchell, who died on January 5. Hotpants is in the House too. Check them out this Saturday at Clubhouse Jager!
