Race riots, campus unrest, and a "get tough" mayor sounds like the 60's in Chicago, Detroit or Berkeley, but unrest was happening in Minnesota, too. A new exhibit at the University of Minnesota by two graduate students captures Minneapolis' moment by profiling Charles Stenvig, a police officer turned politician. Stenvig served three two-year terms between 1969 and 1975.
