Please read this Agreement carefully before using the KFAI MP3 Player (the "Giving System"). This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

Join host Larry Englund every Tuesday night from 10:30 p.m. to midnight for "Rhythm and Grooves". He'll play old and new releases and recent reissues as he explores classic and contemporary jazz, featuring artists like Cannonball Adderley, Joshua Redman, Irv Williams, Art Blakey, John Coltrane, Nicolas Payton, How Birds Work, Happy Apple, Jack McDuff, Duke Ellington, Joe Lovano, Karryn Allyson, and others, including both the famous and the overlooked.

In the past few years, Larry has interviewed resident artists such as Irv Williams, Connie Evingson, Jim Marentic, George Avaloz, Christine Rosholt, JelloSlave, Electropolis, Kellly Rossom, Happy Apple, Charmin Michelle & Joel Shapira, Clay Moore, Triplicate, Laura Caviani, and Chill 7. He's also interviewed visiting artists such as Melvin Sparks, Rick Germanson, Chris McNulty & Paul Bollenbeck. Recently, Larry broadcast a series of four monthly shows from the The Artist's Quarter You can expect an annual Mardis Gras Show and other specials, and the occasional extended segment featuring a particular artist.
