Terms and Conditions

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the KFAI MP3 Player (the "Giving System"). This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

Every week "Live From Studio Five!" airs live performances in our studios of local bands of all different genres. Occasionally we interview national artists such as Wanda Jackson, Kid Koala and Dale Watson. "Live From Studio Five!" is a group effort hosted by MJ Gillmore and Doug The Thug with lots of help from Casey Moo, our in-house musician, Tom Chantz and Clay Kennedy, our engineers and Georgia Cady, our videographer. If you would like to join our group of techno geeks and wannabe musicians (and REAL musicians) and learn about radio broadcasting, please stop down any Wednesday night and check us out. This week on Show #7 we had The Vibro Champs burning up the airways. Their energy blew a fuse in the board twice. DISCLAIMER: We billed this as the last performance of the Vibro Champs in the Twin City Area for a year but they ended up getting two more gigs before Dave disappeared, so sue us.
