A former inmate at the Ramsey County Workhouse is suing the county and the workhouse medical staff for failing to treat his tuberculosis. After Marchello McCaster was eventually admitted to Regions Hospital and diagnosed with TB, Ramsey County health officials found dozens of fellow inmates and employees who also tested positive for TB. KFAI’s Robert O’Connor reports.
