4/29/2009 Echo Chamber
Tonight we featured Part 1 of this year's "Around the World in 20+ Dubs" special (first aired on "Echo Beach" by TurnTable Terrorist at WLUW) along with a bunch of new dubs, and other great stuff. Starting the show with 2 tracks on the "Hills Riddim" (from Springline Jamaica): Sista M with "You'd Better Be Good" and Tilly Roots with "T.L.C.". This was followed up with new tracks from Hotdrop, 60 Channels, Dubsmith, Frostafari, Secret Archives of the Vatican, and Manwel T meets Minds Eye Dub. Rounding out the show, Swiss pulled in some carry-overs from our "Word Beat I Powa" special, including Prince Jazzbo, Lillian Allen, Parliament, and Frank Zappa. Yup...that Frank Zappa.
