This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

KFAI is a sponsor of St. Paul West Side's Cinco de Mayo fiesta. Visit the KFAI booth at the fiesta.

The fiesta is in the vicinity of 176 Cesar Chavez Street in Saint Paul and information can be obtained by calling (651)222-6347.
The Cinco de Mayo Fiesta in District del Sol on St. Paul's West Side features six blocks of live music and authentic food, Lowrider Car Show, Children's Area, Cinco Sports Zone, Community Wellness Village, Cinco de Mayo Fiesta Parade, People's Choice Salsa Tasting Contest, Photo Contest, History Area, and craft vendors!
We welcome more than 100,000 attendees and we look forward to seeing you in District del Sol!
Cinco de Mayo marks the anniversary of Mexico's “Battle of Puebla” in 1862 when a Mexican army defeated the invading French forces. Cinco de Mayo festivals throughout the United States honor this historic part of Mexican history, and also celebrate Hispanic/Latino culture and tradition.
Saturday's Fiesta will be held from 9am to 6pm.
