Thursday, October 30th, Write on Radio welcomes Romanian-born author Andrei Codrescu to talk about his new book of poetry, Jealous Witness, a collection inspired by New Orleans as it grappled with Hurricane Katrina. The book also includes a CD of of music by the New Orleans Klezmer AllStars.

In the second half of the show, Darren Shan talks about his newest young-adult novel, Death's Shadow, the 7th book in the Demonata series.
