This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

If you're planning on attending the Art Fairs this weekend (or even if you're not), be sure to drop by KFAI's Beat Bike Bash. Cool down and rest your weary tootsies while enjoying the music of Brianna Lane, Cooker John, Art Vandalay, and John Willis.

The Beat Bike Bash takes place from noon to 6:00 Saturday, August 2 at Beat Coffeehouse, 1414 W. 28th Street in Minneapolis.

Be sure to smile and wave to the friendly KFAI volunteers when you see them biking around town distributing program guides and bumper stickers to fair goers.
