Throughout April, we celebrate the 8th year of the Words Will Heal the Wound National Poetry Month Radio Series. After 7 years honoring the poetic traditions within the Twin Cities, we have expanded the series to the Midwest. This year's series will feature artists from Chicago, Madison, Rockford, Dekalb, Des Moines, Milwaukee and the Twin Cities. Artists include Aeon Grey (Des Moines), El Guante (Madison), Tommy Lee Soul (Milwaukee), Big Quarters (Twin Cities), Debra Jo Howard (Rockford), Sha Cage (Twin Cities), David Hart (Madison), Poetic Justice League 4 America (Rockford), Truthmaze (Twin Cities) and more. Listen each week to Tehuti to hear tracks from the series.
