Dropping Banners in Stadiums

This past Sunday, January 1, the Vikings played the last game of their season in their new, billion-dollar stadium. Early in the game, two people climbed out on a roof truss and lowered themselves on ropes above the crowd. They unfurled a giant banner that advised US Bank to divest of its financial role in the construction of the controversial Dakota Access Pipeline. Both climbers, Sen Holiday and Karl Zimmerman Mayo, were arrested. They are now out of jail, and Sen Holiday spoke with Paul Brohaugh on the Morning Blend for Thursday, January 5.
