Post-election, people are reflecting on how they can get more involved in social action. KFAI’s Sylvia Thomas talks with Bill Tilton who was an activist and a member of the Minnesota 8 in 1970s. Now Tilton is an accomplished attorney in the Twin Cities, but he talks about how his experience as a young activist has influenced the rest of his life.

Lately, Bill Tilton has been doing legal work with Standing Rock. He has been to Standing Rock to work in the legal tent several times this fall, and he’s been involved in many other legal aspects of the protest.
