Humans Of Minneapolis Author Shares Stories

In 2010, Stephanie Glaros began approaching people she saw on the street, and asked permission to take their photograph and hear their personal stories. Stephanie is attempting to bypass social barriers in order to engage people she normally wouldn't. In 2013, this project evolved into Humans of Minneapolis, inspired by Humans of New York. Stephanie Glaros spoke with KFAI's Rico Morales on the Friday Morning Blend. The official book signing is November 14, from 6-7pm and an artist talk from 7-8pm at the Minneapolis Central Library downtown. On November 17, there will be a release party for the book at Modist Brewing Company in Minneapolis (at which Glaros will also appear).
