Thanks to diverging opinions on the true date of his birth, we get to celebrate Little Junior Parker again (following a birthday party in March). We do know for certain that Peggy Lee was born on the 26th, and we celebrate her here as well.
On today’s show, I was able to get in about 35 tunes. How? By not talking as much! I’d had so many interviews the last few shows, I decided to stop all the grinning, and just keep spinning from 3p to 6p with non-stop blues.
