Laugh Out Loud Twin Cities (LOLTC), a funny fundraiser for Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare, will be held Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013 at the Radisson Blu Mall of America (2100 Killebrew Ave. in Bloomington, MN 55425). Celebrated comedian, actor and host of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” Howie Mandel, will headline the second annual event.
