This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

Tune in Friday evenings at 6:30pm for a full hour of news and commentary, music and art by Hmong artists. Center for Hmong Arts and Talent (CHAT) and Hmong Today Newspaper presents radio designed to inform audiences about the talented and growing Hmong arts community. Hmong radio in English.

CHAT radio will bring you exclusive music that can’t be heard or bought anywhere else, interviews and live performances, comedy cuts, important news headlines and commentary affecting the Hmong community.
