Please read this Agreement carefully before using the KFAI MP3 Player (the "Giving System"). This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

KFAI's Board of Directors welcomes your input via email, voicemail (612-465-9030), or web form.

The Board meets on the 3rd Monday of every month, 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the Humphrey Institute's Conference Room 186, 301 19th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55454. The meeting is open to the public.

Committees

All committee meetings are open to the public and are held at KFAI, Studio 5, 1808 Riverside Avenue, Mpls., MN 55454. Committees are defined as either Board-led or Staff-led in accordance with KFAI's governance policy.

*Executive (Board): First Monday of the month 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
*Program (Staff): First Tuesday of the month 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
*Marketing (Staff): Second Tuesday of the month 6:15 - 7:45 p.m.
*Nominations (Board): First Wednesday of the month 6:45 - 7:45 *at Seward Coop, 29th Ave & Franklin
*Finance (Board): Meeting date to be determined 6:30 - 7:00 p.m.
*Community Engagement (Staff): not yet determined
*Fundraising (Staff): Meeting date to be determined 6:30- 7:30 p.m.
*Governance (Board): First Monday of the month 7:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.
*Videography (Staff): Meeting date to be determined 7:00 -8:00 p.m.
