This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

New releases highlighted this week (noted by an asterisk * in the playlist) include Lila Downs' "Shake Away", Heiruspecs' self-titled CD and the Soundtrack to the movie "Cadillac Records" featuring performances by singers turned actors Mos Def & Beyonce and actor turned singer, Jeffrey Wright. The vinyl feature was the Temptations' "Wings of Love". Also, a musical goodbye to former major league baseball pitcher Dock Ellis who died a few weeks ago. Chuck Brodsky's "Dock Ellis' No-No" is a fun song. I recommend reading Donald Hall's book, "Dock Ellis in the Country of Baseball" to get a unique viewpoint on an interesting athlete and social observer of his times 1960's thru 80's.
