This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

Today we began with music from the Amazon (Grem), followed by music from Algerian Berber singer, Houria Aichi (Ethnic), then music from Sardinian vocal group Tenores di Bitti (qbadisc), followed music of the African harp, the Kora, from Mali by Toumani Diabate (Hannibal), music from Venezuela by Cheo Hurtado (Ocora), music from India slide Chittra Vina master, Ravikiran (live recording), music from Albania (Rounder), music from North Viet Nam (Nimbus).

We also had in studio guest frm Sumarah, the local Gamolan Ensemble , with tracks from their latest recording. We also heard music from Romanian Gypsy group Taraf de Haidouks (Crammed Discs), music from Irish singer Paddy Tunney (green linnet), and music from local group Jellow Slave (live recording...engineer Mario Vano).
