This is a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you or the entity that is using this software to listen to KFAI’s mp3 live stream ("you") and KFAI, Fresh Air Inc.("KFAI"). By using this MP3 Player, you hereby ACCEPT AND AGREE TO REFRAIN FROM DOWNLOADING ALL OR PARTS of the associated programming contained within this portion of MP3 live stream to which you will be linked after agreeing to and accepting the Agreement.

Doug The Thug sez: Once again I hijacked Across The Board for the evening playing mostly mashups of disparate classic hits created by people who have waaaay too much time on their hands. I also threw in some of my own mashups. Included in the mix were a bunch of 12" vinyl records found by a dumpster in Uptown. They were priceless gems of DJ mixes from the late 80s and early 90s. MADONNA HEAVEN as well as Depeche Mode, Annie Lennox, YAZ, Bjork, Tori Amos, Kate Bush, Mary J Blige. A veritable treasure trove. Half of them had totally blank labels so each one was a surprise. Also on this show:
THE EXCLUSIVE SNEAK PREVIEW WORLD PREMIERE OF LAUNDROMAT VACATION'S NEWEST ALBUM.
A track entitled: "Aqua Naught".
